Information collection by DTR is done in accordance with ICC / ESOMAR International Code of Marketing and Social Research Practice. DTR is a Market Research company which does not conduct  data analysis or reporting on collected information unless demanded by client. 

Data Collection
We collect personal information directly from individuals through fieldworks. This information is categorized and , if demanded, analyzed by us to provide respective clients with information on their customers regarding the products and services that they provide. For data collection, we abide by ICC / ESOMAR International Code of Marketing and Social Research Practice and Civil Law of Islamic Republic of Iran.

Data Disclosure and Confidentiality
 We utilize and disclose personal information only for market research and statistical purposes. Personal information such as customer lists may be submitted to Research Agencies so that they could conduct only Market Research or statistical operations. DTR does not disclose personal information to clients unless subjects’ consent is obtained by DTR team or a legitimate third party.

Data Accuracy

DTR undertakes to re-contact or re-visit at least 10 percent of the total sample size to ensure the accuracy and reliability of conducted fieldworks. The telephone or face-to-face check rate can increase on clients’ demand. 

Access request by Individuals
Upon submission of a formal written request, individuals can ask for access to their own personal information. There may be legal grounds why we cannot give you access to the requested information. Should access not be allowed , we will notify why this has happened.
